Credited to the News Office of Nigeria, NAN, a source at the commission said on Wednesday in Abuja that Oyewole was captured for claimed budgetary misrepresentation.
As per the source, the Vice Chancellor will be charged in court on Friday.
Whenever reached, the representative of the EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, declined remark on the issue.
"I don't have that data yet,'' he said.
NAN reports that Oyewole was welcomed by the commission around two months prior after charges of budgetary extortion in an appeal to by the college's branch of the Ranking Staff Relationship of Nigerian Colleges.
