How can you design your blog? Don't worry. Uploading a theme or template does not complete blog designing. Though, it is most part of it. If you use blogger.com, there are numerous templates online that you can download and upload on your blog. Some of these templates are not for free why most of them are free. Just Google search for blogger templates.
